  • Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the request is made within 12 hours of purchase.
After that time, the order will be processed and we will no longer be able to guarantee changes or cancellations.

  • Can I change the name or number on the shirt?

Yes, you can change the personalisation within the first 12 hours after purchase.
After that time, the item goes into production and cannot be modified.

  • Can I change the size or other details of my order?

Yes, as long as the request is made within the first 12 hours.
After that period, it is no longer possible to make changes.

  • How can I cancel my order?

You can request cancellation up to 12 hours after purchase by sending an email to support@offsideofficial.com.

Payments

  • What payment methods are available?

We accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard), PayPal, ShopPay, ApplePay, GooglePay.

Shipping and Delivery Times

  • When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday).
During busy periods (sales, new launches, public holidays), it may take a little longer.

  • How long does delivery take?

Deliveries take between 5 to 10 working days after dispatch.
If the delivery time exceeds 14 working days, please contact us at support@offsideofficial.com.

  • Why haven't I received the confirmation email?

Check your spam or junk mail folder.
If you can't find it, send us an email with the name and address used for the purchase.

  •  Why haven't I received the tracking code?

The tracking code is sent by email as soon as the order is shipped.
If you have not received it, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@offsideofficial.com

Exchanges and Refunds

  • Can I return or exchange an item?

We only issue refunds for defective shirts.
We do not exchange or accept returns of personalised shirts (with a name, number or any customised details).

  • I received an item with an error (incorrect name, number or size). What should I do?

Send an email to support@offsideofficial.com, including:
-The order number
-A photograph of the product
Our team will review the situation and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • How does the refund work?

After receiving and validating the returned item, the refund will be made using the same payment method within 10 working days.
If the error is ours, we will cover all return costs.
