At Offside Club, all shirts are carefully checked before shipping to ensure maximum quality.
🕒 Shipping time
You have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us if the item has a manufacturing defect or damage.
✅ Refunds
We only issue refunds for defective shirts.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, without wear and tear, with the original labels and in the original packaging — and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

After review and acceptance, you will be refunded via the same payment method within 10 working days.
🚫 Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges of personalised shirts (with name, number or any other customised details).
We do not exchange items. If you would like a different model or size, you must place a new order.
